"Jolie location idéalement située pour visiter Dinan et ses alentours.La literie est de très bonne qualité. Le propriétaire est très sympathique.Un petit bémol : Les salles de bain sont un peu vieillottes et le WC du rez-de-chaussée ne sent pas très bon...Malgré ces petits désagréments, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons volontiers si l'occasion se présente."

"What an amazing find! An absolutely beautiful family run hotel in such a great location to visit the amazing Dinan, with its medieval ramparts and numerous medieval buildings. Kevin & Roxana who own and run this hotel are the perfect hosts. We stayed in the suite for 5 nights and had our own courtyard and kitchen area, which was excellent as we had our dog staying with us. The service offered by Kevin & Roxana and all their staff was exceptional and I could not rate them any higher. We had travelled previously from Vannes which we thought was amazing arriving in Dinan and can only say Wow, Wow and Wow, what a city and a great location to visit the surrounding areas. The city is stunning and has everything you want for a fantastic holiday. If you have never been to Dinan before, don’t hesitate, just go and stay in this wonderful hotel and I hope your holiday is as enjoyable as ours!"

"Great location in Dinan; breakfast was excellent. The only negative (and not the hotel’s fault) was parking. As the hotel is in the centre of Dinan there is no parking available other than a municipal parking centre located about 150 meters from the hotel. This cost on average about €25 per night. Otherwise, an excellent hotel and we will be back!!"

"Hotel is situated halfway up a very steep and cobbled lane. It was difficult finding which door to get in. However everything else was fine. But taking a heavy electric cycle off the road and up steep stairs to a cycle parking area was difficult for me ( 80) but the proprietor carried it up for me. Breakfast was adequate. Other guests has problems in finding the hotel too as there is no parking nearby ."

"My wife and I stayed here for four very enjoyable weeks. We also had two friends stay with us during the middle two weeks, and the home easily accommodated all of us comfortably.The house was perfect in almost every way. It offered everything we needed and was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The updated, well-stocked kitchen was especially appreciated, as we cooked several meals during our month-long stay. Everything in the kitchen was immaculately clean, as was the rest of the house.The backyard was a special treat. It is beautifully landscaped, quiet, comfortable, and perfect for enjoying meals, morning coffee, or simply relaxing at the end of the day.There is also an additional half bathroom (toilet and sink only) on the first floor that is not indicated in the listing, but it was a great convenience to have.The location was ideal, just steps from the historic center yet situated on a quiet, non-through street that greatly minimized traffic noise. There is also a nice park just down the street with gardens, playgrounds, and mini-golf.There are four parking spaces on the block, which are usually occupied, but we found a free parking lot on Rue Châteaubriand just around the corner (listed as “Parking Broussais” on Google Maps), which we used for most of our stay. There is also a large paid parking lot at the end of the street.The property manager was super friendly, helpful, and always available by text if needed."

"Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, hell und mit Retro-Charme eingerichtet. Sie liegt ruhig und dennoch nicht weit vom Zentrum von Dinan entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir hatten uns vor allem wegen des schönen Sitzplatzes auf der Terrasse für die Wohnung entschieden, den wir aber leider wegen des kühlen und unbeständigen Wetters nicht nutzen konnten. Ein kleiner, feiner Ersatz dafür ist die kleine Loggia. Die Kommunikation mit Stéphane wsr hervorragend Checkin und Checkout völlig problemlos. Wir können die Wohnung ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen!"
