"Booked at short notice online as was in the area for work great valine for money. Was seen soon as I walked in and being a pub the lovely lady told me straight away there was live music and it might be a bit noisy. Which I didn’t mind as I was going to work. The room I was in I didn’t hear much of the noise from downstairs at all lovely room food shower clean tidy if I had to grumble about anything it was the fact I had to go to work as the people in the pub downstairs all looked to be having an amazing time I was tempted to call in sick all in all great value for money "

"Lovely staff in an old beautiful building. The breakfast was great and the room was cosy and clean but a little on the colder side. Unfortunately we were directly above the function room which had a party on the Saturday day. The music was so loud that the furniture was vibrating. I should have requested a quiet room upon booking. I wouldn't let it put me off booking again"

"Fabulous property in beautiful grounds. Well equipped kitchen. Check in was easy. Step from kitchen to garden was a bit tricky for some of our party and hot water in some if the bedrooms was a bit hit and miss but understand it is an big, old building si that happens . Had a lovely stay and would recommend for a family get together. "
