The Radisson Hotel is very clean, modern and right in the heart of the city of Port of Spain. My room was well taken care of. The staff were super friendly. There is a great Pool and Breakfast area. Definitely recommended.

The staff here at Radisson is by far the best in all the hotels I’ve stayed at in Port of Spain. They are the reason I keep returning. The other big name hotels around the area have not met the standards of the staff here. They’re so helpful and willing to accommodate your request.

Overall my stay with my Family at radisson was great.. the staff and customer Service was on point Great.. however there were some things that could be done to greatly improve my next visit.. 1, the pool and surrounding areas need to be power washed its not visibly attractive at all..2, A microwave needs to be added to the rooms..3, A bigger mini fridge 4, more storage space.. 5, there needs to be mats in the room and bathroom area.. Would definitely visit again the children loved the pool..

This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been in, the staff was very nonchalant, I’m still waiting for the staff member at the restaurant to call me so she can take my order since Friday March 6th today is Sunday March 8th lol, the staff that greet you at the door were very kind, and friendly. But I would never be back.

Front desk staff are very friendly. The room condition was not the best. The bathroom shower had a leak that. I reported and no one showed up as promised . There was a nasty buildup of mold at the outside of the shower base that hasn't been cleaned or overlooked.

We had an amazing stay here during the Xmas holidays ! All queries were promptly addressed by the staff. The room was a bit dated but kept very clean and the bed was exceptionally good. The pool and the premises are lovely and well maintained. We hung out at the pool everyday while there. The lunch we had from the restaurant downstairs was way better in taste and quality than the dinner at the Waterfront across the street! I would say, the courteous staff is the biggest asset this place has and it made a world of difference in our 4 day stay!
