"This was my second stay at this hotel, and unfortunately it will be my last.
I stayed for multiple nights and booked two rooms. From the start, the reservation process was a mess. One room was correctly listed under my name and loyalty account, while the second room was assigned to a completely different name and membership account. Despite acknowledging the mistake, staff claimed they could not properly correct it. They charged me for the room but only changed the name, leaving the incorrect membership information in place.
The property also appears to deliberately restrict water pressure, which made showering frustrating throughout the stay.
Another major disappointment was the inconsistency regarding pool and beach access. The posted hours clearly stated “sun up to sun down,” yet guests were repeatedly denied access before 7:30 AM and told the actual hours were 7 AM to 7 PM. If those are the rules, they should be clearly communicated rather than displaying misleading information.
The pool staff were extremely rude and unhelpful whenever questions were asked. Their attitude alone made the experience unpleasant.
What concerned me most was housekeeping entering my room while I was away despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being displayed. This is a serious privacy issue and completely unacceptable.
