Within walking distance is Port Richey's Waterfront Park which is great for kids, fishing, and bird watching. This house is centrally located 25 min from Weeki Wachee Springs state park, 16 min from Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks or 45 min to Clearwater Beach.

Family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was a hit! So nice to be able to relax every day in the pool. The availability of fishing was perfect for My grandson. Great location. Got to visit favorite places from years ago when I went to visit my parents.

Perfect family stay

This property was perfect for our stay, we were able to have local family over for dinner and pool time for the grandkids. So relaxing, very clean & spacious. The area had so many things to do , great beaches, restaurants. Sunrise at the Lanai room was beautiful each morning. Thank to Sue, the host, she was so available and helpful as well.

Great communication from start to finish. Rental is exactly as stated. Great location and super quiet. We loved being close to the restaurants and stores but still felt we were away from it all.

Lovely Location

Great house for families. Spacious. Convenient to plenty of stores and activities. The children enjoyed the pool. Easy ride to beaches. Nice sunsets at parks near the house.

Great Property, Kids had a blast

House was clean, large enough to spread out in. Pool was fun, a tad cold. My 7 had fun watching the daily high tide, low tide transitions. It would have been nice to have a grill and a paddle board/kayak.

House with pool

The house is conveniently, located near grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations. The house was very clean. The pool was really nice but we were unable to enjoy it as it was a cold snap in Florida at that time. I would definitely recommend to stay here. Sue is very easy to work with.

Welcome Home.

I grew up in New Port Richey / Port Richey . I try to visit the area every year. This year was no different but one thing stood out. Our stay in at this property. It felt so much like being home! Well worth it !

PEACE & QUITE IS WHAT U GET!

The place is wonderful…peaceful & quite. We were here for the wedding in Land O’ Lakes, so my whole family from UT, WI, IL, NY, CT & QUEBEC were scattered all over the area but this place is just 5min from my brother’s house in Port Richey. We were in & out of the house actually as we were “bonding” with the rest of the family but once we were ready for the night, we get out 100% rest & relaxation. Enjoyed the Ibises & blue herons that constantly pays a visit plus a pileated woodpecker that seems to “welcomed” us. The owner was very quick in answering my queries & very considerate when i requested a favor. If ever we will come back to town, we will stay at the same place. I will recommend this place.

Super Urlaub

Haus so vorgefunden wie beschrieben, solide gebaut und stimmungsvoll eingerichtet. Ein, zwei Schönheitsreparaturen sind fällig, aber wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt und den Urlaub gestartet. Der Pool war unser Highlight und die Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der unmittelbaren Umgebung, kam uns sehr zugute.

Home from home

We had the best time in New Port Rickey. Villa was perfect for us, location was very central, we could walk to shops/restaurants and it was also easy to get around by car. We had slight issues with pool cleaning which the owner tried to sort out as soon as we mentioned them and when it was sorted it was the icing on the cake for us in the villa. I hope to return again in a couple of years if the owner would have us back. Communication with her was so easy, check in to the villa was easy, everything you needed was an available.

The property was great the only problem was the noseeums. Biting tiny nats so bad you couldn't enjoy the evenings by the pool we toughed it out but it was horrible.

Located in safe, quiet neighborhood right on the water! Stores nearby. Home was immaculate & so comfortable. Plenty of room for our family was able to gather to visit, play board games. I spent most of my stay in the pool.

Heavenly Vacation

Absolutely love this property. We have enjoyed our stay here 3 years in a row an hoping to make it more. It is close enough to all the attractions in the area. Never have a problem with anything if we do we get a quick response from the home owner and it's fixed quickly.
