"I stayed there about 2 yrs ago, and was very impressed w the breakfast selection . This time around the only offering was muffins and delmonte fruit cups. Coffee was great, but didn’t see the juices until after the service when I checked out. "

All the little details were thought through. It had everything we needed and more. The host did thoughtful little things like having to TV tuned into the Jays game at check-in after asking if there was cable before arrival. The view was gorgeous! We plan to keep going back!"

"My close friends and I had a wonderful stay at the cabin over Thanksgiving weekend. There were enough beds for our group and the facilities ensured we enjoyed home comforts while also living up to promises of quiet and solitude in nature. We had long chats by the fire by night and hiked in the surrounding Backus conservation area by day. We will definitely be back in the future! "

"We were twice already because our daughter lives close to there. It was convenient for us. The staff were great, there is a ok breakfast and parking lot was good. "

"We use the beach cottage to access the provincial park as well as the long point birding observatory. The park is about a five minute walk straight down Erie street while the LPBO banding station is located just around the corner along big cut Road.Beach access is also about five minutes down Erie street and down a short cul-de-sac.The cottage was very well cared for and rustic, which is our preference. It’s was well decorated and has everything anyone could need to call home for a week.We will definitely consider returning next year during the fall migration which begins in late August and early September. "
