I was on a business trip in Port Said and the rooms are to big 92m² for me. It's like an apartment. The romms are very clean und new. Phantastic Pool and nice Pool Bar.

A wonderful property in Port Said

This is an amazing place to stay. Nicely laid out apartment blocks with a good size centrally located pool, surrounded by cute igloo cabanas. Friendly staff...excellent housekeeper Tamir & very good receptionist Isra. Had a really wonderful stay. Weather was perfect too.

A great place to stay in Port Said.

The hotel is far from downtown so it is quiet and close to the beach for costumers to enjoy. The reception staff were cheerful and friendly. My room was very clean and spacious with many commodities such as refrigerator, microwave oven, electric stove, kitchenware, big TV and large desk. The restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes. The hotel has two swimming pools. Towels are provided and costumers can order snacks and drinks from a small kiosk. Customers can also rent bicycles to exercise around the property. To sum up my experience at Palma Hotel, I enjoyed my stay there and highly recommend it ayone travelling to Port Said for business or pleasure.

Kind and generous staff, large and clean rooms

Staff was incredible. Went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful at every step. Room (really a two-bedroom apartment) was spacious and spotless. Everything was in excellent condition, and I appreciated the bottled water and Eid treats waiting in the room. Only complaints, I guess, was that I didn’t have hot water in the shower in the morning and I had to wait more than 20 minutes for a table at breakfast. But could have just been a popular time for both, and the place was pretty packed, it seemed, due to summer and Eid. It was extremely hot, so I Ubered around town, but in less harsh weather, there are plenty of things in walking distance, from coffee shops to clothing stores. Pool also looked very nice and was a very lively place!

Excellent and clean with excellent see view There was no ironing facilities. We requested a spare key for out rooms but not available. Also the beds have no headboard The reception staff were excellent, friendly and very professional

Large rooms on the Mediterranean.

It's sort of like an apartment complex. Our unit had two bedrooms and a small kitchen, which I didn't remember booking. But it was a nice room overlooking the pool and the Mediterranean.
