Room was spacious and nice cleaned. Front desk Staff were helpful and very polite. Buffets have plenty of options for everybody taste. Very crowded on weekends so if you want a relaxing stay avoid Saturdays and Sundays. Lot of different activities offered during the all day.

The resort was perfect for a weekend all inclusive staycation. Staff was friendly and professional. Drinks were great! Food was edible nothing stood out but the taco truck and American food truck was good due to buffet lunch and dinner was the same for the day. Room was spacious and clean. Amenities and activities were fun! Jet ski available for additional cost . Pools were clean and lively with DJ . Definitely enjoyed the stay and would recommend this resort for short staycations!

I like the fact that everything included wasnt low on the quality. The staffs were nice n the atmosphere was great for family. I am planning my next visit there. The only issue i had was there was no small wash cloth.

The food was excellent. A lot of things were not working properly, for example a/c not cooling well, mold odor in the room, front door of the room not closing. Lack of toiletries refills. Bright light coming from the light pole directly outside of the room. Security around the family pool area was lacking, rules not enforced, several people misbehaving. The views and sunset beautiful.

I recently took my family here to celebrate my 7-year-old’s birthday, and we stayed Sunday through Friday. We had such an amazing time! Our room was perfect for our family of four, and the views were absolutely beautiful. The balcony was also large and gave us plenty of space to relax and enjoy the scenery. The staff was incredible! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. They even remembered my son’s name and went out of their way to make sure his birthday felt extra special. ❤️ There were also so many activities to enjoy during our breaks from the pool. We made origami, played pool, darts and ping pong, painted, participated in bingo and trivia, and even did karaoke. There was never a shortage of things to do! Since this was a family trip, we didn’t get much time to enjoy the adults-only pool, but the one night we did get to use it, it was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. There were only two bars open during our stay, which was perfectly fine because there were hardly ever any lines. Things did start getting busier on Thursday, but overall, it was still a great experience. DJ Blindside was great, and the live singer was AMAZING! Overall, we had so much fun and made some great family memories. We would definitely love to come back once all of the resort’s amenities are completed. We can’t wait to see the finished resort!

7th stay (August 2026) at the Sandpiper: 6 Club Med 1 VOCO THE EXCELLENT: The STAFF 10 out of 10 (waiters & servers, housekeeping, grounds, pool). The GOOD: CLEAN & WELL APPOINTED THE NOT-SO-GOOD: FOOD 6/10. . BEWARE: DO NOT BOOK this VOCO location FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY stay. VOCO unwise business policy to sell weekend NIGHTS & DAY PASSES at steep discount attract “ALL YOU CAN EAT, ALL YOU CAN DRINK” undesirable crowd. By doing so VOCO is in OBLIGATION to control very large disrespectful, rowdy, foul-mouthed crowd. Some of these guests brought in giant boomboxes overpowering the pool with crude, foul-mothed lyrics music that disturb and upset most guests. I called security from the bar, was overheard and we were harassed and bullied the entire weekend. Security MUST do constant rounds every 30 minutes to make sure that ALL guests are comfortable & SAFE. UNACCEPABLE! I informed the front desk. Still waiting for a call back! We had the most awful experience & stay FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY. THE VERY BAD: Unless you pay the extra premium bar charges, the very low quality of alcohol and mixers, deliver terrible drinks. The bartenders (Marty, Sara,) as the REST of the staff 10/10… But they cannot perform miracles with the lowest-tier quality of liquor administration buys for them: 2 / 10. (The day-pass guests gulp the stuff down by the gallons).THE WORST: The front desk and management 1 out of 10: Non responsive, defensive, could-not-care (need more characters

The upgrade of this place was worth the wait, they had activity for the kids as well as for adults, they still the the lounge area inside and outside. And the restaurant update was exceptional. Me and my kids have a blast. I can’t wait until they open the kids side of the resort, it will be great. And the price was not bad too. We end up paying what we usually do for a 5 person family in the past. We are definitely making this our vacation home destination.

I loved so much about this resort! The food was absolutely delicious, and I really enjoyed the entertainment, although I would’ve loved to see a few more options. Since it’s a newer resort, I’m sure they’ll continue adding more activities and entertainment as they grow. I stayed for four days, and it was honestly one of the most relaxing getaways I’ve ever experienced. I especially loved the food truck and the gazebo areas by the water; they were perfect for just sitting back, relaxing, and enjoying the view. My only complaint was that there were only three gazebos, so sometimes we had to wait for one to become available. The room was very clean and comfortable, but I do wish it had a little more décor because it felt pretty plain. However, I absolutely LOVED my balcony! Being able to sit outside, relax, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere was definitely a highlight of my stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this resort. It was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. I’d give it a solid 8/10!
