Our stay was OUTSTANDING, and all the other reviews were spot on. Our host Jeremy and his daughter Annabelle have quickly become great friends. Not only for my husband and I, but for our grandkids too. We will be back, incredible vacation was had by all. Thank you Jeremy for making us feel right at home. See you again soon.

The place was clean and had everything that you would need and more available for our use. Jeremy was friendly, available, and went out of his way to help us, (grandparents with grandchildren, 8 & 3), have a wonderful time. Check-In and Check-Out was a breeze, and we would stay here again. Highly Recommend.

Beautiful place in a nice peaceful neighborhood. Owner was very nice and very helpful if we needed anything. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip

We had a wonderful stay! The rental was comfortable, very clean, and had everything we needed. It was fully stocked with essentials plus thoughtful extras like dog bowls, beach chairs, toys, and towels, which made it less for us to pack. The rental is very dog-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. Jeremy was a great host—very communicative before and during our stay and shared great places to dine.The location is ideal—less than a 5-minute walk to dog-friendly St. Joe Beach. Even with spring break in full swing in Panama City, SJB was lazy and quiet, making it perfect for relaxing and long walks along the shore.Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable trip. We’d definitely stay here again! Thanks again!

I am torn on leaving honest review because I want this place to ALWAYS be available when I can return to St Joe. The unit was 100% impressive. I brought my dog and she was right at home in the space and walking in the neighborhood. Host was friendly and eager to assist with any directions/special requests, from food delivery options, directions to local stores, walking areas and anything needed for beach. The neighborhood felt safe and everyone seemed friendly. It was a quick walk to beach access, beach cart provided, anything you could possibly need is available to you here. The unit was spotless, smelled fresh and had everything needed for a week long stay. I don’t see myself going anywhere else in the future. Super happy “renter”.

Beach Bums

We had a wonderful time, this little gem is a perfect location, between Port St Joe and Mexico Beach, Restaurants and shopping and of course the beach. The host is very gracious and helpful with any questions. We have stayed here a number of times and looking forward to our next visit in a few weeks.

Great place with an affordable price

The place is clean, 2 bedrooms are very roomy, and a large sleeping sofa is quite comfortable. It's located off the beach front but close enough to walk/drive to the beach. We will definitely consider this place when we go to Port St. Joe again.

Clean and comfortable

It was the first time my son and I have been to FL and it did not disappoint. The neighborhood was quiet and only a few mins walk to the beach. The place is very clean and the owner is very kind and responsive to questions. We'll definitely stay again if we come back to the area.

An instant fave

Stay here! Fully stocked w/ kitchen gadgets and toiletries! Host was very gracious and communicative. Extremely clean and well furnished with plenty of space for the three of us. Great location with the kindest host!

Great place!

We were very pleased with everything about the apartment, from location, to cleanliness and amenities, to having a kind and helpful host in Jeremy. The best part was being allowed to bring our big dog with us for a dog-friendly beach vacation. We all had a blast! I highly recommend Jeremy’s place for a couple or small family.

First, let me say, Jeremy’s communication was 10/10. The unit was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. Parking was super easy, the outdoor shower was very convenient, and the area felt safe and secure. The beach was a lot further than we realized. It is a few blocks to the highway, then the beach is across the highway. In the summer heat, the walk was not doable which meant either driving everyday or spending an additional 300 for a golf cart. Ocean “view” I would say is not super accurate. There is a tiny glimpse of the water between two condos that you really need binoculars to see at all. We were under the impression we’d have a nice view of the ocean and an easy walk to the beach. PSJ is a very quiet, uncrowded area, so if you don’t mind a long walk or driving to the beach, this is a great place to stay. If Jeremy ever has an ocean front rental, I’d 100% rent from him again.

Best place for Honeymoon

Property Owner is an amazing host. He was very knowledgeable about the area and enabled us to do activities everyday. The house was extremely clean and had any amenities you would need already provided! I would definitely recommend this to anyone and we will definitely be coming back again to stay here!

Great place as always

This is my second time staying here. Same as last time. Property manager takes very good care of the place. Always feel welcome coming there. Area is very quiet and calm. A great place to get away and relax. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I highly recommend this unit!

I highly recommend this unit! Its close to the beach, we walked. Our host Jeremy is great! One of my most favorite things about the unit, among many! Is the King Size Bed. Sooooooo comfortable! I would there again
