Ample Parking!! Bedroom #1 “Master Bedroom” has large King bed with a Large walk in Shower & a Large Flat Screen Smart TV for streaming all your favorite movies/shows. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed with a large Flat Screen Smart TV. Bedroom #3 has 2 full beds with a Large Flat Screen Smart TV. Kitchen is well stocked with Keurig coffee maker, Blender, Toaster, Waffle maker Hot Tea pot, all pots/pans and utensils needed to cook up your fresh catch from a relaxing day on the beach fishing, swimming, or just enjoying the amazing sunsets…The Island has 4 bar stools along with a dining room table for eating and playing board games/cards. The Living Room has a Super Large sectional that is extremely hard to leave as it is so comfortable, also enjoy the Large Flat Screen Smart TV to watch all your favorite family movies together while eating popcorn or your favorite snacks! Extra blankets are available if you decide to make this spot permanent while you are on vacation!! Both Front and back porch offer Gulf Views!!!!!!When you get ready to go the Swim Spa make sure you plan to hang out under the porch on the lounge sectional sofa or egg chair reading a book, taking a nap , or just watching others enjoy relaxing in the spa……We want you to feel at home!!! The hot tub was a huge bonus. Groups of us had a great time. Steps from the pretty part of the beach. Very clean. Cute town very close by. Would definitely stay again!

This beach house rental was an absolute perfect place for our anniversary trip. The house was situated right across from the beach offering very convenient beach access, the hosts offered beach chairs and an umbrella which could be easily carried the short distance to the beach. The view of the ocean from the deck made morning coffee and sun sets extra special! Every detail of this rental was stunning. The cleanliness was impeccable, the beds and furniture were very comfortable, and the decor was absolutely beautiful. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. This beach house rental exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable vacation.

Great fall break! Our experience from booking to check out was simple. The house was so close to the beach and had everything we needed. It is decorated with a cute beach vibe and even has a hot tub with lots of outdoor seating. The owner was available anytime I had a question and very helpful. We would most definitely rent this place again!

We had a great trip and would definitely rent this home again. This house is beautiful and in a perfect location. We were able to walk right across the street to the beach every day and went and watched the sunsets every night. With four adults and two teens we had plenty of room and it was very clean. Loved it!

This house was perfect for our beach weekend! It had all amenities needed and was a quick walk to the uncrowded beach. Extremely clean and well decorated. Plenty of space for our group of five adults plus room for more if needed plus ample parking spots. Highly recommend!

Very clean, updated and spacious! It’s close to the beach, but you do have to cross the main street. The house was comfortable and was kid friendly! The outdoor space was amazing and the swim spa was a fun way to end the day!

Truly the best stay! We had such a wonderful time and the house was just as described! It was perfect for our family and accommodated us all so well! Just a 2 minute walk to the beach and it was so convenient to go back to the house to grab sandwiches, etc. or whatever we needed! Very cute place and kept very clean. The owner was very responsive and so kind in helping us by recommending places to eat and sending other suggestions for activities around the area for us to consider! We loved it so much and plan to come back soon!

We chose this property for our family vacation with myself, my husband, and our four kids ages 4 to 12. Everyone had a blast. The property is so clean and well-cared for, the hot tub was wonderful, and we were literally a short walk across the road to a pristine beach. Be sure to eat oysters at Shipwreck down the road- delicious!! Would definitely return!

Our Happy Place was a well appointed beautifully decorated property. We were a family of six and we had plenty of room to spread out. The master bathroom was awesome! The swim spa felt wonderful for October nights, and the cute little nook downstairs was perfect for the kids to hang out. The views of the ocean from the front and back deck were awesome! I recommend this property for those that want comfort and close proximity to the beach! The host, Marc, was readily available for all concerns!

Wow! First time visit and we will definitely be back! This is truly a Happy place! Great location and the beach was a very short walk away and provided a private beach feel! The house was open, spacious, and very clean! The Swim Spa was awesome! Great parking and plenty of it! For a family of 5, it provided more than enough space. Amazing vacation!

We have never done a VRBO. This was a delightful experience. The property was exactly what we wanted and was very well equipped. Plenty of space comfortable living area and beds were great We brought a bunch of stuff we thought we might need …. Needless to say the items were there Very very happy and it made our family reunion a success

Our first trip to St Joe Beach… house was perfect location with easy walk to the beach. Great set up, ample parking, we enjoyed the outdoor living area and hot tub. We couldn’t always get it to heat but it was fantastic when hot. Comfy beds, AMAZING master shower… everyone waited to use that one. Enjoyed the mornings on the porch with a nice view. I was cooking for an O line football crew, so I would have loved a few more pans and kitchen accessories- but we made do.Marc was an amazing host and very responsive. Easy check in and out procedures. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home- it was fantastic and we loved the area!!!!

Stairs were a bit tough for the older folk. (22 steps) Other than stairs everything was good. Unit was clean and well furnished. I enjoyed the swim spa and would have spent more time there, but we experienced a lot of lightning while there.
