Welcome to All Decked Out!!!! Upon arrival guests will be greeted by a staircase that leads up to the 300 square foot rooftop deck. The deck is a great place to enjoy a refreshing beverage and relax. From the deck you can take in views of the gulf, see amazing sunsets and feel the ocean breezes.

The backyard is another great outdoor space. There is some shade provided by several young live oak trees. The backyard has a privacy fence making it great if traveling with pets or young children. There is a little patio area in between the house and a screened in cookhouse.

So more about that great cookhouse. It is screened in and has a bbq, 2 burners, fridge, table with four chairs, 49" inch Roku tv with YouTube TV streaming available for guest use, lights and ceiling fans. This is the perfect place to clean the day's catch and cook it up. You can grill or fry today's catch in the outdoor cookhouse or have low country boil. The cookhouse features: a natural gas Blaze grill, and a sink for prep and easy clean up. Heavy cookware is provided along with grilling utensils.

There is plenty of off street parking for multiple vehicles. If traveling with a boat or by RV we have room for that too. RV hookups available. Inside All Decked Out our guests will enjoy spacious open living areas. There is a sun porch that is great for that morning cup of coffee. The sun porch leads to the open kitchen and living room areas. The kitchen has been updated recently with new stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. It is fully stocked with pots and pans, cutlery, dishes etc. to make any dinner preparation as easy as possible. There is central air conditioning along with ceiling fans in each room.

The home can sleep up to 8 people comfortably. There are two queen size beds and two sets of twin bunk beds. There are two full bathrooms. One bathroom has a shower/bathtub combination. The master bathroom has a shower only. Both bathrooms have hair dryers available. It's a quick walk to the white sands and emerald waters of the beach across Hwy 98!

Upon arriving back to the house from the beach, there is an outdoor shower in the backyard to rinse away the salt and sand. If you don't feel like cooking, guests have several dining options within walking distance: Caribbean Coffee and Mango Marley's.

For indoor entertainment there is YouTube TV for the 43” inch Roku television in main living area, same for the 32" inch Roku television in master bedroom, along with Wi-Fi (bring your laptop or favorite tablet to stay connected with friends and family) connectivity throughout the house. There are books, an assortment of DVDs and a few of your favorite board games. Please see our website.

Very nice place. Cookhouse was amazing. Quick walk to beach was really nice. Hooked a gator, but lost it at the boat. Lol. Good fishing though. Bringing home some nice reds,trout,drum,and flounder. Overall an amazing place and very nice area. Thanks again

Sunset Spectacular

A beach with room to roam. Beautiful beaches laid back people and great food in Port St. Joe just minutes away. Southern hospitality abounds. Great fishing, and the kids can play in the street. If getting away from the crowd appeals to you then this is the place, at least at the time of the year we go, might be a bit different in the summer. Great house on a quiet street with great views from the deck. We will be back.

A quaint place for a relaxing beautiful vacation

This is a quaint little cottage in a peaceful little beach town. Everything you need for a great vacation, and the cookhouse is the best!!! Minutes from a beautiful beach and plenty of great places to explore close. St Joe, Cape San Blas, St George Island and PCB all short rides away. This made for a very memorable experience. Loved this place and will be back.

July 4th!

This was our first trip to Mexico beach and it did not disappoint! The house was perfect for our family, plenty of space for cooking and lounging! The rest of our time was spent at the beach which was an easy walk. I was a little nervous about crossing the road with 4 kids but the traffic was not bad at all and a lot of people will stop and let you cross. I would absolutely recommend and hope to visit again soon!

The house was very clean. Good location. Easy walk to the beach. We brought our red lab dog and it was great to have the back yard fenced in. Mexico beach does not allow dogs so we drove down to the canal (5 minutes towards Tyndall Air Force Base) and that beach allowed dogs. We had friends over and used their awesome backyard grill house to make BBQ. We used the upper deck several times but it was very windy and cool during our stay so its use was limited. The two food trucks had great food - one is Mexican and the other Fresh Fish.Bonus Luke Bryon showed up with bus at Mothers house- ( the stilt green house on the beach). Great stay!

Best home away from home

Great property for the whole family including your fur babies. Ease of access to the beach, steps away from a coffee shop, salon, boutique, Crazy Beach Pizza. Love the layout of the house for a Family getaway or just two couples. Spacious kitchen and den for time spent together and the BEST COOKHOUSE EVER!!!!!!!!! I have stayed at this property three times and planning another trip within the next 2 months. Fenced in backyard for your fur babies. Don't miss out on this gem.

Another Great Stay!

This was our second time at All Decked Out and we had another great stay! If you are looking for a peaceful, uncrowded beach getaway and are debating between Mexico Beach and a busier beach city… you DEFINITELY want MB (and All Decked Out). This rental is perfectly situated near many MB faves, we walked to Caribbean Coffee, Crazy Beach Pizza, and Shell Shack. It’s also an easy walking distance to the beach. My local family came out and brought a fishing cart full of gear. The Cookhouse is perfect for grilling up the fish you catch! We walked down to the beach for sunset every evening, although the roof deck is also perfect for amazing views. The owner is also very easy to communicate with and check-in/check-out information is clear and easy to understand. Highly recommend!

Another Wonderful Stay

This was our second year staying at this pet-friendly property, & we loved it! Our group this year included out-of-state visitors who have a beach house on the Atlantic, as well as immediate family members who live full time on another Gulf Coast beach. They all loved it, too. Owners are super communicative & accommodating. Home is well equipped & comfortable, & fenced back yard makes it so much easier & safer for our dog. Bedroom furniture upgrades from last year were definitely a nice touch. Outdoor shower was popular with all members of our group, 4-y-o granddaughter especially. The only improvement/addition I would make would be a folding drying rack in the laundry room, or perhaps a retractable clothesline in there, or outdoors in the deck area near laundry room/cookhouse, for wet swimsuits.

Perfect location

My husband and I, our mothers, and our little Chihuahuas thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mexico Beach. All Decked Out was perfect - had everything we needed, the fenced yard is now a must on vacation, and the location - quiet dead end road offering just enough privacy yet just a short walk to the beach. The house was clean and comfortable. The cook house was amazing. There were books to read, games to play or puzzles should the weather keep you indoors. The host was quick to respond - we changed our dates a couple times and Tori was very accommodating. Our Chihuahua Recee loves the beach and that would be our only disappointment with Mexico Beach, pets are not allowed on the beach like at St Joe (Gulf County beaches). We had to drive to St Joe to let Recee play on the beach. Otherwise, All Decked Out was perfect! Thanks Tori we hope to be staying with you again in the future!

Making Memories

My family, friends and i had an awesome time at the Decked Out property. The hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. The property was exactly as listed. The house was so clean and the layout was perfect for all of us adults being it provided lots of places for everyone to have their needed private space. The cookhouse, cute back yard and rooftop deck were great additions. The location was perfect with a coffee shop, an ice cream shop and a restaurant within steps. Lastly but certainly not least, beach access was also just steps away which made it so easy to enjoy the beautiful Mexico Beach sunsets and sunrises. I am already looking forward to my next visit to the best home away from home. Thanks Decked Out for the wonderful memories. P.S. My pup is missing the back yard and the doggie door.
