Welcome to Take a Chance, a charming getaway nestled in the exclusive Hibiscus Beach and Bay community, a low-density development stretching across the scenic St. Joseph's Spit. This coastal retreat offers everything you need for a perfect beach escape, including Gulf beach access, a neighborhood swimming pool, and a private 500-ft pier extending into the stunning St. Joseph's Bay. Just behind the home, a tranquil freshwater pond adds to the serene ambiance. No need to pick, enjoy your sunsets AND sunrises on the wraparound deck.

The beach is only 1,300 feet via a picturesque sand path direclty across from the house, or you can opt to drive and park near the pool for a shorter 700-foot stroll. A convenient beach wagon is provided to carry all your beach gear with ease.

This well-appointed home features 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, and 2 full bathrooms with tub/shower combo. Linens and towels for your comfort are provided for four.
