"The house is located in the Windmark Beach community. It was a lovely house filled with natural light and spacious, clean rooms located on a quiet cul-de-sac. It was a short walk to the beach, and to the windmark shops. It was a pleasant surprise to find beach chairs, a canopy beach sun tarp, and a beach wagon to carry everything in. The hosts were incredibly responsive and actually came in person when we had a small issue with the thermostat.We would recommend this house for anyone who wants to...

"Great location, however, the hotel is billed as an Inn..it is clearly another refurbished HOTEL! Rooms were clean and well appointed, however, nothing special and the room we were given was the last room on the end of the hall, facing the street with a stop light..definitely had to keep the shades down..Breakfast was your “hotel” stop, cereal in “feeders” and cold muffins gotten at SAMS, and could be heated in micro!! Coffee was your “hotel” Kerig..anyway, the peeps were nice.. Thanks..however i was sorry for $300.00+ for less than 24hrs, it was hard to swallow!! Not an INN i was expecting."

"Love Betty’s Beach House! Beds were comfy and the house was very clean! She has high-end appliances and fluffy white bath towels. A/C works great and you can’t beat the location! Easy walk to the beach which is right across the street. Communication was excellent! Thank you for a wonderful trip! We will be back!"

"## Perfect Beachfront Getaway! Our stay at this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo was the perfect beginning of our summer vacation. The location offers the perfect balance of immediate beach access and a peaceful, quiet atmosphere away from the crowds.Here were some of the things we loved:* The condo was spotless and beautifully maintained upon arrival.* Host Communication: The host offered excellent, prompt communication before and during our stay.* Plentiful Parking: Parking was incredibly easy with plenty of open spaces available.* Easy Access: The building elevator made moving luggage and groceries effortless.* Great Amenities: The pool was a fantastic way to end a day on the beach. * Fully Equipped Kitchen: all the appliances and plenty of cookware made dining in easy.* In-Unit Laundry: Having a full-size washer and dryer was incredibly convenient for wet towels.We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, stress-free beach vacation. We will definitely book this condo again!"

Seaside Retreat - resort setting with beach and pool access

"I read all the other reviews before booking. I found the the home to be very clean, and there was more than enough toilet paper. The price was also unbeatable for the area, you can't get a better deal. You really don't have to leave the neighborhood, everything you would want in a beach vacation is on site. Screen shot door and pool codes before you get to there, phone service is spotty in the entire area, even AT&T but you'll experience that everywhere you go in Port St Joe and Mexico Beach. Also good to know, the time will change frequently from one pool chair to the next. I was wondering why I thought it was 3:00 and a few minutes later it was 2:00 and a half hour later it was 3:30. The neighborhood is literally sitting on central time and eastern time zone line. I gave up trying to figure out what time it really was but, if you're on vacation whats it matter!! Would definitely recommend this home."
