"Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The people at the front desk, the people at the restaurant, the lifeguards at the pool, the cleaners in the hallway. What a great bunch of employees you have!!"

"I’d say most importantly, the room was pretty clean, aside from a dusty comb under the little dresser, haha. Secondly, my toddler loved swimming in the pool. It was nice and warm! Lots of towels available. Beds were pretty comfortable, lighting was pretty dim so had to open the curtains. Lots of parking also!"

"We did not enjoy our staf here. The young guy working on the front desk was rude abd not accommodating. We are senior citizens. We didnt know there is no elevator in the hotel. The guy on the desk said we would gave to pay an extra $10.00 per night for a room on the main floor. We're on a fixed budget. The same guy couldnt even get me a few extra hangers i requested and said they had none! The hotel was almost empty so he could have gotten a few hangers from another room. On another occasion my husband went eownstairs to the main lobby to watch a hockey game and the same guy refused to turn off the light which was glaring on the tv. Tte room"

"The place is so quaint but the host is not at all prepared for guests. Didn’t respond until I prompted again, parking far and hard to find. I had to ask neighbours…..can’t control heat, no forks, cups, dinner plates, only 1 pot, 1 pan, TV doesn’t work, nor does the oven, told us there was firewood but there was none. Many steps up which we knew about but dangerous spots for kids. We had to leave several times to get what should have been provided. I suggested we get reimbursed for the things we had to run out to buy that should have been there but I have not heard back. You can get just as nice of a place with very organized hosts for the same price or less. I would not suggest this place. "
