Tucked away in a peaceful residential area, this pet-friendly retreat is ideal for seaside getaways with easy access to local shops, eateries, and Port Talbot’s transport links.
With a flexible layout including a ground-floor bedroom with an en-suite wet room, the house is particularly suited for guests with mobility needs or those who prefer step-free access. Enjoy off-road parking, a private garden, and plenty of space to relax after days by the sea.

Set over two levels, this bright and spacious home offers a warm, relaxed setting whether you’re planning long beach days or laid-back evenings with family. The comfortable living room invites you to sink into the sofas, stream your favourite shows, or pull out the sofa bed for an extra guests.
Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen, then gather around the dining table for meals and conversation. When the sun`s out, the private garden is the perfect spot for a morning coffee or evening drink.

You’ll find:
A cosy lounge with large sofa, TV, and a double sofa bed for extra guests
- A spacious kitchen with everything you need for home cooking
- A dining area that comfortably seats 8
- A private garden ideal for pets, kids, or evening drinks
Bedrooms:
- Bedroom One (Ground floor): King or twin setup with attached wet room – perfect for those needing accessible living
- Bedroom Two: Twin beds – great for friends or kids
- Bedroom Three: Single bed with a quiet, relaxed feel
- Bedroom Four: King or twin setup – your choice
There are two bathrooms in total, offering practical convenience for groups and families.
Location
Located just 6 minutes on foot (or 2 minutes by car) from Aberavon’s long sandy beach, the house places you right near one of South Wales’ most popular coastal spots. Grab fish and chips for a sunset meal or explore the promenade on foot or by bike.
Shops, takeaways, and a bakery are within 4 minutes` drive, while supermarkets including Morrisons and Lidl are just 6 minutes away. Port Talbot railway station is also a 6-minute drive, offering easy access to Cardiff, Swansea, and beyond. The local minor injury A&E at Port Talbot Hospital is nearby, offering peace of mind for families.
House Rules
- No smoking indoors. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the property. A £350 deep-cleaning fee will apply if any smoke is detected. You are welcome to smoke outside—please keep doors and windows closed.
- No parties or loud gatherings. This is a peaceful, family-friendly neighbourhood, so gatherings and excessive noise are not permitted.
- Quiet hours: Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
- No outdoor shoes indoors. Kindly remove shoes when inside the property.
- Well-behaved dogs are welcome, with a maximum of two allowed. The fee is £65 for one dog and £85 for two dogs. Pets must be kept off all furniture and beds at all times. You must inform us of any pets before your stay; failure to declare pets in advance or any breach of the house rules may result in a £100 fine plus any additional cleaning costs.
- Candles & open flames: For fire safety, the use of candles, tealights, or any open flames is not permitted inside or outside the property.
- Care of the home: Please treat the property with care and respect throughout your stay.
Booking Policy
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
