"Had to slept over the floor rather than the bed because this hotel has No air con under the weather with temperature above 35 degree. Next to one main drive way with bus stop downstairs,thus no way to open window and sleep because crazy noise. Management has no sense to proactively help guest under this extreme weather condition. "A great chalet in Morzine. Generous sized rooms, comfy beds and great communal facilities including the hot tub and sauna made this the ideal base for a weeks skiing. Super close to the free D bus to get to the lifts and stunning views over the town, particularly pleasant to watch the torch parade and fireworks on Thursday night."

"Property was in an excellent location and easy to find as it was one of three round tower buildings. Ski in and out, 100m to supermarket, bars and restaurants."

"Super apartment. Very convenient for anyone arriving via Prodains gondola (although if out of hours you need to walk across town to get keys). Apartment had plenty of space and was in good condition, although only half the bed linen was supplied. Great location for skiing with ski storage right next to post just above Tours lift. "

"The apartment is very well located for skiing and walking however, on the Verbo website, it lists two double rooms but actually there is only one. The other two are bunk rooms which was awkward with two couples. The Wi-Fi is quite weak and the non-stick pans need replacing. But the chalet is warm, comfortable and welcoming and the owner very responsive. Easy to access with good parking (except our bay was full of snow) so we parked in a visitor space of which there are several."

"Duplex apartment was exactly as described. The layout was very well thought out and worked well. It was just 4 of us staying - parents and adult children. Plenty of space in the living area with log burner - we used it in April and had to open the windows as it was too effective! The kitchen/ dining area had everything and plenty of it. Great shower with lots of hot water, the bath upstairs was underneath a large Velux window so the beautiful starry night sky was easily visible. We couldn't...

"Loved the view from this property overlooking the lake. Would have like air conditioning. A warning to anyone washing their clothes in the on-site laundry. It automatically dispenses soap and even after washing out clothes a few times after it stank of the soap smell very strongly. It gave my wife a headache and eyes watered. We could not believe we could not get that strong soap smell out. My wife almost threw away her clothes that she has washed there. Again don’t use their onsite...
