We had a great stay! The pool is great for the kids, access to snorkel on the beach and great food onsite. I was travelling with just myself and my two small boys and felt super safe and comfortable the whole time!

A bit too windy to go snorkelling off the beach when we were there and even on less windy days the waves were still quite rough, so bear that in mind. Breakfast and meals in the 2 restaurants were excellent with very good sized portions. Would have been nice if there had been entertainment in the evenings instead of having to go to other resorts in the area.

Like a one bedroom apartment! Really enjoyed the balcony, views, being able to wash clothes in a washing machine free, cook something if desired. Pool was pretty, beach full of interesting shells and coral. Staff helpful and nice, easy transport to town and with arranging tours. Quiet. Great for reading and recharging. Must do office recommend Reef Lelepa Tours. Best snorkeling I've ever had.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nasama, the staff were always very helpful and had the best advice. Being able to book different tours and transport from reception was brilliant. Saved us from making a few first timer mistakes. The pool was very nice, plenty of loungers and the outdoor furniture was comfy. We really enjoyed the mini reef at the front, even though the weather wasn't the best we could still have a swim about. The hot water was a bit of an issue, especially in the evenings. Perhaps because the solar heating wasn't very effective during the cloudy days, but it was always hot in the mornings. Our roof developed a leak, which is a bit of a concern because we were on the ground floor. There are very frequent local buses going past so it was very easy to head into town, and with the reception booking other transport, getting around was no problem. The on-site restaurants are a very mixed bag, one was excellent and the other was far from it food-wise. There is also a small convenience store across the road which had all the essentials. For a first timer to Vanuatu, Nasama is an easy recommendation because of the helpful staff and for others, the location and amenities make it worth staying.

V. G. bed comfort. Breakfast menu was good. Housekeeping was fairly depends which NiVan cleaned your room. Sometimes they 4got. Sometimes they didn't replace condiments, milk, dishwash or leave enuf towelling. Housekeeping urgently need a daily checklist for each room. Most staff friendly and helpful. Wrong contact number in Manual for 24/7 Security. Even when Security Officer contacted using updated number they didn't answer or respond for help. Must have been paid to sleep on their shifts! Maintenance staff were prompt. Wet floor tiles under pool roof are very slippery and extremely dangerous. More sunloungers are needed for number of rooms as there are on average at least two guests per room, even family rooms. Appeared guest on top floor had gym equipment and below on ground guests had to put up with thump, thump thumping on a daily basis. We chose a non- smoking resort but there was too much smoking in rooms. outside on balconies, terraces and NR' s private beach, and even in bbq seating area where food could be cooked and eaten. Understand there is a designated area for guests who can't kick this bad habit. Staff need to deal with problem which is a breach of guests' stay conditions. Office/reception helpful most of time.

Location was good . Only a short bus ride into town . Very quiet and peaceful . It is self-contained so we brought a lot of snacks over from Australia as it is very expensive over there. Breakfast was very slow . Nearly missed our tour because our order wasn’t placed properly , another 2 times they got the order wrong and then tried to charge me for something I hadn’t even bought when we were checking out . Tours were easy to book online or through the hotel . Just check both prices and see which is cheaper . They all arrived early to pick you up. Some were very funny and informative others not so much.

Our stay was so lovely at Nasama. The pool was an absolute vibe every day, it was a bit windy which can get a bit much from the ocean but it was a warm breeze welcomed for our Melbourne winter escape. Nothing is too much for the staff to accommodate, snorkelling gear available for use from the reception. The tap water I couldn't adjust to but bottled water was easy to source from the cafe and restaurant on site. Everything can be charged back to your room to deal with at the end, bus drivers available either waiting around for you, or easy to flag down on the road. Love love loved our massage in the beachside hut!

Last minute stay required due to flight cancellations. Resort was extremely accommodating. Cafe meals were superb and reasonably priced. Housekeeping staff, in particular Margaret, were wonderful. Overall would highly recommend.

Our daughter was admitted to Hospital on 8 July and we thought that we would be able to come and stay but we could not as she is still in hospital . Being a single mother we are caring for the two children as well as providing visits to her on a daily basis. By the time we realised our trip had to be cancelled we were told that a refund or postponement was not possible. This trip was going to be a 55 th wedding anniversary for my wife and I . We cancelled my daughters and 2 children accommodation when she entered hospital and we given a refund but as it turned out it was too late for our refund. Please reconsider as we are prepared to try again once she has recovered and we don’t have our current commitments. Yours Truly Mal Allwright

We stayed in a 3 person room with Beach views. The view and the sound of the waves crashing was great. The staff were really helpful, I loved having a choice of yummy breakfasts instead of a buffet as it made us try everything on the menu. Three Pigs too was great for dinner and the free communal washing machine a bonus. Buses in to town easy to catch and are more like a door to door share van. Nasama isnt modern but the rooms are clean and staff friendly. The beach was sometimes rough to swim in but the pool was there for those days. We were sad to leave

This is a great place to stay with a family. It is quiet, safe, and friendly. We loved the pool overlooking the sea and snorkelling/spotting sea creatures in the reef in front of the hotel. We paid a bit extra for a beach view but I think all the rooms would have a nice view as it’s quite small. The provided breakfast at Cafe Vila is excellent. It is close to the Port Vila and a very short and easy bus journey to get there. Pick up for activities is super easy. I highly recommend booking a massage (or two!) at the seafront spot where staff from Volcanic Earth spa can be booked onsite. The view is to die for and easily the best massage I’ve ever had. I’d also recommend packing reef shoes and snorkelling gear if you have them. One thing to be aware of is there is no long ‘sandy’ beach for walking on. I think this is similar to most places in Vanuatu where there is lots of reef, but coming from NZ where I’m used to beach walking it was something I hadn’t planned for/thought of.
