The woman at the front desk with medium brown long hair gave us great recommendations on the city and the younger man in the restaurant (and bell hop) with kind of bleached curly hair on top and the the other server with a small tattoo on his neck were all our favorite! We would come back here again and again. "

"The people that work there are very sociable, friendly, and willing to help you all the time. The rooms are comfortable. Beds are comfortable good vibes. The breakfast needs to change a bit. They don’t have a large variety of fruits and it’s always the same thing every day. The location is excellent."

"We loved our brief stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and full of nice surprises. The check-in staff were friendly and very helpful with recommendations for restaurants that were off the beaten path. The only issue we faced was finding that our rental car had been damaged by the valet. Make sure you photgraph your car before and after you have it parked by a valet. This resulted in 100s of dollars in damage at the car rental return in Lisbon... "

"My favorite hotel! We were welcomed by the most wonderful staff. They provided us with a complimentary glass of port and then provided a quick tour of the property after check in. This property is conveniently located with amazing views of the river. The rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. I will only stay here on my trips to Porto. "
