"This is such an amazing condo! We had 11 in our group (8 adults plus 3 little kids) and we had a ton of room-especially with the large walkout basement. Everything was so clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We really appreciated the air conditioning since it was very humid while we were up there. The "property" itself is pretty amazing too. My family has been coming to this place for over 50 years-first when it was "Scenic Point Resort" with cabins and then "Superior Shores". We were up here with a group of 28 spread out over 4 condos. My Dad is almost 90 and was here with most of his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. The property is way off the highway and is very secluded. Our favorite thing to do is spending time down at "The Point". We brought up remote control boats and the kids had fun playing with them in the big puddles. We also love skipping rocks at the beach by the hotel and swimming in the outdoor pool.We loved our time here and plan on coming back!"
"Very family oriented. My mom is elderly and the hotel had many amenities for people with disability needs. Patio right on the water was amazing. Beautiful facility and restaurant menu was unique and food top quality."
Lakeside Lair; cozy Lake Superior waterfront retreat with views!
8/10 Good
"Only downfall was no AC which made sleeping rather hot and uncomfortable. A ceiling fan in the bedroom would have been nice as the fan in the living room kept that space nice and cool for us. We loved watching the animals on the deck eating the birdseed we put out (birds, chipmunks & eed squirrels). The large TV was wonderful for us to binge watch Netflix in the evenings. Overall the space was perfect for the two of us for a weekend away."
