"I had been in this hotel before, and I liked it. But this time we experienced serious problems with the room's air conditioning. It was hot, and maintenance came about 3 times, and wasn't able to fix it. They said it was hard to keep cold the whole hotel, but the windows in the corridors were kept open. If you can't keep the hotel cold, don't charge me! They offered to place a fan in the room. I don't pay for A/C to get a fan! It's not the same! We paid just to sleep in the heat"

"The place was amazing! Check in process smooth with lockbox. I got a video on how to get into the building, so its impossible to miss it. Had shampoo, bodywash, hand soap, everything you need. Very clean, two bathrooms, quiet. Upstairs bedroom was beautiful, Milan Retreats are very responsive, reply almost right away. Two balcony views, view is over a park, 5 minutes from shops, restaurants, 8 minute walk to metro. Peaceful area, absolutely no complaints and would HIGHLY recommend. Smelled...

"The hotel is a great clean space with friendly staff and decent accommodations for short stays. The rooms itself are a bit outdated, but provide everything you need. The breakfast that was included was great as well, and I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Milan for a short period. "
