"All the staff were amazing! The front staff was very friendly and easy to talk to, very knowledgeable about the area. Restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful. Jenn and Jack were amazing, we asked about places to see in Belfast and they both told us about a sightseeing tours to check out the city.. Such a delightful experience. If we ever are able to return to Ireland I would definitely return to this hotel. Very highly recommended!!"

"No heating in the room 102 staff acted surprised but when we arrived there a was electric blow heater in the room staff came to check and try to work it twice and it still didn’t told us that they would ring in half hour to check to see if it was working but we had a early flight to catch the next morning went to bed with a hot water bottle . Night porter said we had a heater but I’m sorry when u pay over £100 pound for a night u expect heat in the room to work. Even after u get staff to check it . Simply not good enough especially in march "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Stayed before and after holiday due to snow/ icy roads and flight leaving very early in the morning and the one returning being late evening. Both rooms were clean and quiet. A 2 minute walk to the airport. Good selection at breakfast and decent quality."
