We had an early setback but the host picked up the phone immediately and was responsive and communicative and able to resolve everything without being pushed or further prompted, which in my experience is EVERYTHING. There are always issues but having a host who is there to help is truly much more important. It is also priced accordingly, not a whole chalet or a guest room, but somewhere in between. Overall would recommend to friends and family and stay again. Had a great experience. "
