The staff was so professional and friendly and kind. I would stay here again and recommend. The only thing is that we kept having to push a button inside the mini refrigerator to stay cold (which was weird) but besides that everything was good. I like the area because everything was close by and around for what ever you needed -like restaurants, stores and etc….. Highly recommend!

The staff was amazing. The pool and the hot tub was wonderful. The kids had a good time but on your website it says you have a bar and a restaurant but they’re not open on the weekend because you’re short staffed. I guess what that tells me is you’re not willing to pay enough to get people on the weekends or everybody in West Michigan is lazy one of the two.

Staff was great. Room and hotel were clean. No big issues. But enough small inconveniences to ensure I'd never stay here again. Loud at night and my room layout was weird. Couldn't see the TV from the bed. And the remote was top weak to work anyway. Frustrating. The hotel bar/restaurant was always dark and unmanned when I saw it. Not inviting at all.
