"Everything was great, new, clean, and fresh. A/C was nice and quiet, even had a personal room air filter. Very safe area in and outside of the hotel. Separate couch from bed area. Bathroom and shower is very clean! And luxurious. Breakfast was good. Will stay at other hyatts in the future."

"Always stay here when visiting family in the area. This summer I splurged on a suite with a balcony facing Cuyahoga Falls. It was outstanding! It was during the week and very quiet. Wanted to extend my stay but these suites were all booked for the weekend. The suite has two floors, with the bedroom, bathroom and small sitting room on the floor where you enter the suite. You take the internal stairs down to the large living/dining/kitchen space below, which is also where you access the balcony. I mention the stairs because they could be an issue if you have mobility problems. Just take the stairs slowly. in addition to Beaus on the River right in the hotel, there are several nice restaurants within walking distance. The town is charming. The staff at the hotel is wonderful and welcoming. Everything was clean and in order. There were a few spots where things looked a little dated or worn, but that did not distract from the fun of having a two-story suite with balcony."

"We were looking for a waterfront house on the Portage Lakes and this fit our needs perfectly. The home owner was responsive and helpful. We would stay here again."

"Need better signage to get to parking lot because it’s all faded out. Room was overall clean and no sign of bed bugs so huge plus but could’ve used a dusting between bed and lamp shades had spots on them like they were old. we should’ve asked for thicker blanket which they said if we needed more blankets or pillows to just call. Carpet in building is old, the base area of wall going up stairs need cleaned. Would stay there again."

"This property was far superior to others in its price range. It was very quiet and clean. The pool was nice, but the hot tub could have been hotter! The breakfast was hot and plentiful. We would definitely choose this hotel again."
