"Staff and complimentary breakfast buffet were excellent. Beautiful views, pools, and wild animals (sloths, monkeys, macaws and toucans) were more plentiful than Manuel Antonio. Complimentary shuttle to Manuel Antonio and beach front sister property made the trip exceptional. Short walk/hike to beautiful Biesanz Beach (postcard perfect). Short drive/cab to all the local restaurants with views in Manuel. Awesome rec room with pool table, foosball, ping pong and video games. Even had gelato stand in the main dining room. A seriously awesome stay!! Only drawback--meals a bit pricey."

"Moises has been giving my wife and I excellent service! He is a natural and we can tell that he loves people and truly cares about their experience. Even though it is raining today, he helped us forget about the weather. The whole staff has been very accommodating. We are having an amazing time and we highly recommend this hotel! Waking up and having a beautifully arranged breakfast delivered and set afloat in your own private pool, surrounded by jungle and Pacific air, is an experience that is genuinely difficult to put into words. It is indulgent, it is romantic, and it is the kind of memory you carry home with you. Non-negotiable. From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out, every single member of the staff treated us like family. They team went above and beyond, not just in service, but in genuine hospitality. They took the time to share local recommendations that turned into some of our favorite memories of the trip. Jennifer and Nubia delivered one of the most relaxing and beautifully executed massages we’ve ever had. The golf cart team, those guys were exceptional. They made sure we didn’t miss a single animal on the property. A heartfelt thank you to the housekeeping team for keeping our room immaculate every single day.
