"Fizemos a reserva pelo site e estava com horário de check-out as 11h (ja acho cedo) quando ja estávamos acomodados as 18h, recebemos uma mensagem da pousada que teriamos que sair as 10h pois o horário de check-out foi alterado e pronto. Achei uma falta de respeito, mesmo questionando que no site estava as 11h não teve empatia e tivemos que acordar cedo e sair. Paramos na pousada pois precisávamos descansar, por fim não conseguimos.
