Reception isn’t open on weekends but there was great communication from staff giving me information of how to access anything I needed. It’s a walkable distance into the town centre, Castle and Cardiff Central station, therefore offering places nearby to get any food, shopping etc. "

This place also does not have an elevator, so if you have heavy suitcases and have problems carrying them up flights of stairs, again this place is not for you. We found the place, spacious and the location idea. There's plenty of great restaurants nearby and all the highlight places to visit are just minutes away by foot. "Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Very convenient, a short walk from the centre and everything you need. It was a bit hot in the room, but a fan was provided. I would highly recommend and stay again "

"Overall the property was in a great location.Flat was everything that you needed. Pity however that it was missing just a few little touches. A small bottle of milk would not have gone amiss. No salt and pepper. The TV remote control needs to be replaced. Control buttons not working . Could not get any BBC channels on free view . All small problems . The entry instructions were great and very clear. "
