"Hotel is beautifully decorated, very clean and rooms are spacious. It has a perfect location, close to the Eurostar station and the walkable city. The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Sevrine who always asked about our day and called us by our names. The breakfast is ample and there is a water dispenser that you can use any time. The hotel sends an email before your visit asking if you need any further information or assistance, this is a lovely touch which I have not experienced before.I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again."

"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel overall. The location is excellent, the amenities are top-notch, and the daily breakfast was fantastic. The room itself was also very well-kept and comfortable. However, there was one major quirk that future guests should be aware of: the bathroom did not have a door. While it didn't ruin the stay, it was quite an unusual design choice and could definitely be a privacy issue depending on who you are traveling with. Aside from that detail, it was a great stay."

There was a weekend day when the cleaners did not clean the room adequately but the rest of the time the cleaning was adequate. Excellent value for money and plenty of choice for the buffet breakfast . A joy to sit out on the terrace at breakfast with a view of the square and surrounding buildings. A shame we couture the terrace at other times."
