"This one of the quietest hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying at. When I was in my room I could not even hear a door open or shut on my floor. It was an amazing and restful stay. The staff was extremely accommodating of my limited French, for which I was grateful. Wonderful location close to trains. I would stay there again. "

"The hotel is perfectly located. Literally 5 min to Lille flandres - another 5 min to Lille Europe. Turn right and you’ll see the cathedral, turn left and you’ll be at the grande place. The room was comfortable if on the small side with some bulky useless furniture (like a cabinet which served no purpose and a desk you could not use as the double bed took most of the room). Shower was fine. I missed a kettle to make tea and coffee. I didn’t try breakfast. Reception staff varied in friendliness and competency - one told me that was no hair dryer when there was one! And wasn’t very good at communicating either. Another was very friendly and shared useful information too. "

"Difficult to find as a few roads were blocked, once there all good. Reception was prompt and efficient, car was valet parked, escorted to room and room itself was excellent. In the old building, lots of history. Had a coffe in the atrium bar excellent."

"This hotel was a little gem! Incredibly well located to the station and centre, we had a beautiful room looking at onto the front with plenty of room for me and my three children. The beds were so comfortable and the staff were brilliant. The little area on the first floor for complimentary drinks was a real treat. Top rated, I would go back anytime."

"This is a hostel but was great. Unfortunately no parking available but parked easily on the street. Great room. No hair dryer. Pizza and breakfast was excellent and well priced. Definitely recommend. "
