Apartment located on the first floor of a building including the owner's accommodation on the ground floor and a second accommodation on the 1st floor. Entrance, kitchen, lounge - living room (160x200 cm sofa bed), bathroom (walk-in shower) with WC, 1 bedroom (1 160x200 cm double bed). Swimming pool open from June to September from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Free parking in a closed courtyard. Sheets + bathroom linen included. Closed bicycle storage room in the owners' garage. Bright apartments with large volumes and high ceilings. Large parks of several hectares landscaped bordering the vineyards of the estate. Swimming pool and terraces with a dining area with garden furniture and barbecue. Clear view of the summit of Granier and the Apremont vineyards.
