However, the fact that it was not made sufficiently clear to us at the time of booking that this was not a hotel but a serviced apartment. It’s also quite complicated to reach the hotel the first time. Great breakfast with wide choice for the family. Fantastic location with easy access to historic Rouen and shops."

"The hotel staff is amazing. From the moment we entered the property until we left they were very helpful and exceptionally pleasant. We were provided amazing directions on all the must see sites along with additional tips. The room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were bare with only a combination soft soap/ shampoo, no conditioner or lotion. Parking is tight but very secure. The location is superb. We enjoyed our stay."
