Great location

Place is clean and has all the amenities. Great location. The host is very prompt to respond to any inquiries.

Porterville stay

While I was there, water heater went out and door lock was very uncooperative. The host was responsive and got both replaced. The only other issue was that I stayed while temperatures outside reached over 100 degrees. Even with circulation fans, the A/C wasn't enough. Needs insulation.
