Since we were unable to check in at a designated time, all due to the fact that all of our trains were delayed, and we were running very late in the afternoon, evening. The host was very accommodating, explained everything to my wife, and I and we really appreciated all the extra help. The rooms were amazing, very clean, very contemporary styled.
