Being over 60 we struggled a bit initially with the online registration process, but fortunately there was someone on hand at reception to guide us. We had specifically booked in Haro in order to walk around the wineries and bars in June at then of a few days in Pamplona.The appartment had been let out to someone else by the owner and we were only told when we arrived in Haro. We were given an alternative property which was 10 minutes drive away. This was not suitable for us and represented a waste of our time and effort."

"Walking distance to all Gasteiz places we wanted to see. They have a nice breakfast selection before we began our busy days. Rooms were clean but hot. They turn off the AC in the shoulder seasons. Opening window helps, but there is a lot of street noise. Room has fridge (minibar—pay for what you take), a safe, and a small electric water kettle with tea and instant coffee packets. They have a small bar with pintxos at the entrance. Small additional menu but check times with the employee in the bar as the chef is not always available. It is not walking distance to the main bus intermodal station if that helps anyone. You will need to take another bus/tram to get closer to the hotel."
