Less than a minute from the beach, believe it or not, you will only need to leave the building and you will already be at the access to the Beach!

Property composed of: entrance hall, bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe, fully renovated bathroom, living room kitchenette fully equipped, with double sofa bed, with air conditioning (cold and hot) in the living room and bedroom and WI-FI Internet and TV in the living room (MEO system).



You will be able to enjoy this wonderful sea view from the accommodation's balcony, taking advantage of the table and chairs to appreciate the moment and relax.



The accommodation has access to a private parking area (outdoor) within the condominium.



It is PROHIBITED for any type of external service providers to enter the local accommodation.



NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies).



- A deposit of EUR 400 is required at the time of arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made within 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.



- Please note that there is a municipal tax - Tourist Tax:

Between the dates of 1 November and 31 March – EUR 1 per person, per night, not included in the total value and which must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests from 13 years of age. The maximum amount charged is EUR 7 per guest.

Between the dates of 1 April and 30 October – EUR 2 per person, per night, not included in the total value and which must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests from 13 years of age. The maximum amount charged is EUR 14 per guest.



- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use. Meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out to calculate consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).

Any consumption that exceeds the included value must be settled by guests with NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.

Included values for electricity and water in each 30-day reservation according to accommodation type:

T1: Electricity - 130 Kwhs and Water - 6 m³.

Should the excess not be settled, the company reserves the right to deduct it from the deposit value.



PAYMENT: Payment must be made using a physical credit card (not virtual), and you will need to confirm the transaction in your bank's application. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.
