The unit also features 1 complete bathroom with a bathtub.



Furthermore, the apartment has air conditioning, central heating, ultra-fast Wi-Fi internet and cable TV (MEO FIBRA), ensuring your comfort throughout the year. There is also a private balcony with sea views, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Atlantic breeze.



The amenities of the complex include 2 shared swimming pools, one of them indoors, and a children's play area. You can also enjoy a barbecue area in the private garden. The property has private parking in the garage.



The location is ideal, with easy access to beaches, golf courses, restaurants, shops and popular tourist attractions, such as Zoomarine and Slide & Splash. Faro International Airport is only 60 km away.



NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies).



It is PROHIBITED for any type of external service providers to enter the local accommodation.



- A deposit of EUR 400 is required at the time of arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made within 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.



TOURIST TAX IN PORTIMÃO:

In accordance with municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all reservations, guests must pay in cash at check-in:

- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) €2 per person, per night.

- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) €1 per person, per night.



Obs:

- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, being charged only to guests aged 13 years or over.



- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use. Meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out to calculate consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).

Any consumption that exceeds the included value must be settled by guests with NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.

Included values for electricity and water in each 30-day reservation according to accommodation type:

T1: Electricity - 130 Kwhs and Water - 6 m³.

Should the excess not be settled, the company reserves the right to deduct it from the deposit value.



PAYMENT: Payment must be made using a physical credit card (not virtual), and you will need to confirm the transaction in your bank's application. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.
