The Sienna Apartment is a charming holiday apartment, tastefully decorated and located in the prestigious Rocha Prime complex, in Praia da Rocha. A short walk from the beach and with easy access to golf courses, restaurants, and bars, it is the perfect choice for unforgettable holidays with family or friends.
Located on the 4th floor, the apartment can be accessed by elevator or stairs and offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds, both with built-in wardrobes. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and shower and another with just a shower. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric hob, microwave, iron, and ironing board.
The spacious living/dining room is bright and airy, equipped with satellite TV, a comfortable sofa, and a dining table. The room opens onto a pleasant balcony where you can relax in the sun.
Rocha Prime is located on the first line of Praia da Rocha, one of the best locations in Portimão, just 2 minutes walk from the beach. The nearby golden cliffs offer incredible views and coastal trails leading to secluded coves. At night, the main street comes alive with vibrant entertainment and an excellent selection of bars and restaurants.
Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).
Price for up to 4 guests
From the 5th to the 7th guest (2 adults + 1 baby), an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only € 21 each, per week)
In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
