"I would have put a 4,5 out of 5. Here’s why: Pros: - Good location, near the beach and the superstores - Very nice amenities such as the pool which is open 24h, AC and free parking. -Some free food to eat for breakfast Cons: -They’re not very responsive when you try to message them by the Expedia app. The day before our arrival, I advised them that we were going to arrive late at night. A few hours before my arrival, I still had no answer so I decided to search for their website in order to find a way to get the check-in information. I communicated with the lady by whatsapp and it was all good after that. However, It was a bit stressful to be in this situation because since it’s a self check-in, not having the codes to access the place at 11h30 p.m would have been unpleasant. Having the codes in advance at least a day before would have been much better."

"Good location and great access to the beach and Alvor town. We had a great weekend away, but for the money we paid the property was quite tired, old and needing some renovations. The food was good (at the bar - buffet was underwhelming). Free car parking and WiFi appreciated."

"Very centrally located - right next to night action . Can get a bit noisy inside too but the proximity makes it so easy to be out . Just across the beautiful beach too . Breakfast was usual standard- not much vegan options though. Staff are very friendly and always there for any assistance needed ."

"Our room was very clean. The lobby and pool area and cafeteria was very clean. The staff were very polite and helpful. Even though our room did not overlook the beach, it didn’t matter. Our room overlooked the apartment behind us but it was good. I would definitely stay here again."
