  • Situated at 800 m. from the beach "Three Brothers Beach". The apartment has two bedrooms, one with queen size bed and a bathroom on suite, one with double bed, a second bath room, a spacious livingroom with a sofa bed for 2 persons, large sunny balcony with a magnificent seaview and was recently updated appliances and 3 TV's and air conditioning.

    Excellent location near the beach and the village of Alvor, supermarkets and bars.

Great view. A walk or bus to everything else.

Loved this property. The place was nice, the view fantastic, Carla was a great host, and everything we wanted was 10-20m walk or a bus ride away. Very easy. Stayed for a month with our family.

Lovely apt., nicely appointed, gorgeous view

Carla's apartment is just beautiful, large, airy. Nice to have coffee on balcony in morning while gazing at the ocean. We were welcomed by her friend Renate, a very patient woman as we got lost. And upon entering the apartment found a nice big bottle of water & a lovely white wine to welcome us. Was hard to leave!

Alvor Sea View Apartment

Our host did not meet us, she advised us that the key would be by the entrance door in a pot full of dirt. Once inside there were no instructions for the wifi or password. The sliding screens to the balcony from living room and bedroom were both off the track. We had to fix it ourselves. One sliding door would not lock because the latch was broken. We immediately informed the owner and she said she would arrange to have someone look at it. She never did and never contacted us. The whole apt needs a deep cleaning as there was mold on the fridge door and both shower curtains. The cushions for the patio furniture are dirty, stained and ripped. Three weeks into our month long stay, the owner informed us that she has a prospective buyer and could they come over to view the apt. At no time did she advise us that the apt was for sale. We had rearrange our schedule to suit her. She gave us no instructions as to what to do with the key when we were leaving. All in all, she was a very uncommunicative host. We would not recommend this apartment to anyone.

Un séjour très agréable dans ce bel appartement spacieux et bien équipé. La vue sur la mer est panoramique, le quartier est très calme, les voisins sympathiques. Carla que nous remercions particulièrement est très dévouée. Bravo !
