Très belle maison de vacances, fonctionnelle et agréable. Bien située, à proximité de la plage et des commerces. Le lotissement est sécurisé avec une piscine, il manque cependant une 2e place de parking, la maison étant pour 6 adultes. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, merci!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus in einer Residenz liegt in etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Sandstrand und Hundestrand , nahe eines Naturschutzgebiet. Der Kontakt war unkompliziert und sehr zuvorkommend, sowohl bei der Anreise wie bei der Abreise. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Betten waren sehr gut. Auch der Stauraum in den Zimmern war gut. Die 2 Badezimmer waren mit Dusche und WC sehr ordentlich, sauber und auch genügend Stauraum. In der Küche war alles was man braucht, zb. Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Staubsauger, Bügeleisen usw. Wir haben viel gekocht! Der Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank war groß genug. Auch der Pool lag um die Ecke, so dass wir uns schnell mal abfrischen konnten. Die WLAN Verbindung war sehr gut! Auch der Garten ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und hat alles was man braucht. Vielen Dank Brigitte, Pierre und Beatrice für die nette Begrüßung, der Wein war sehr lecker! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Haus insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet

Das Haus war insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet; alle Dinge technisch in bester Ordnung.- In zwei Sachen war leider keine Entsprechung zum Inserat: Der erste belegbare Strand ist nicht 600m, sondern ca. 1100m vom Haus entfernt, also zu Fuß nicht ohne weiteres zu erreichen. Die Angabe "Stadtzentrum" ist irritierend, da das Haus inmitten einer Wohnanlage liegt. Ein "Stadt-zentrum" mit Geschäften, Restaurant etc. ist nur per Auto zu erreichen.- Zudem ist das Haus - was Nachbarn betrifft - sehr hellhörig (Gespräche, Musikgeräte). Die Trennwand zu den Nachbar ist eine transparente dünne Glaswand; eine isolierte Betonwand wäre in jeder Hinsicht besser gewesen. Das ist freilich ein wichtiger Faktor, wenn man mal lesen und 'seine Ruhe haben' möchte. Das ist Haus ist für sich bestens!

Une jolie maison sous le soleil du Sud de la France

Vacances en famille plus que réussies ... Tout d'abord un acceuil super sympathique par Beatrice qui nous attend avec le sourire et de gentilles attentions (oeufs de ses poules, des cocombres du marché et une delicieuse bouteille de rosé...) Ensuite, decouverte de la maison... un magnifique rez de chaussée avec une grande chambre et une salle de bains spacieuse... à l'etage , deux. chambres et une autre salle de douche.. La maison est plus que bien équipée, la terrasse s'offre a nous comme un havre de paix... bonnes vacances a tous ceux qui aurons le plaisir de profiter de ce joli cocon...

De woning is ideaal gelegen in Portiragnes op fietsafstand van alles. Het kanaal du midi is een trekpleister voor wie de fietsen meeneemt. Het huis is volledig afgeschermd van de buren. Het was kraaknet en voorzien van alles wat je tijdens een verblijf nodig hebt. De dame die ons opwachtte was heel vriendelijk en gaf de nodige uitleg. We keren waarschijnlijk nog terug.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, eine große Wohnküche, einen Balkon, einen Wintergarten und einen großen Außenbereich mit einem Essbereich im Baumschatten. Es liegt in einer ruhigen und gepflegten Wohnanlage, etwa 10 - 15 Gehminuten vom großen Strand und dem Ortskern entfernt. Abends hört man gelegentlich Musik vom nahen Campingplatz, allerdings nicht sehr laut und störend. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr gut, sogar ein Gefrierschrank war da. Wir haben viel gekocht und Crepes gebacken, alles war sehr sauber und die Hausverwalter haben sich gut gekümmert. Vor der Anreise wurden wir informiert, dass wir Handtücher und Bettwäsche mitbringen müssen, das gehört in Frankreich nicht zur Standardausstattung. Portiragnes Plage ist ein kleiner, recht ruhiger Ferienort ohne große Hotels und nur wenig Animation, ein schöner langer Strand, auch ein Abschnitt für Hunde und viele Sportmöglichkeiten. Wir waren schon oft dort und kommen gerne wieder!

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit gepflegtem Garten. Sehr gute Ausstattung mit vielen Extras. Der Strand ist fußläufig und sehr schön, viele tolle Ausflugsziel liegen in der Nähe. Absolut empfehlenswert!!

Belle petite maison avec un beau jardin

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos 2 semaines en France. Cuisine très bien équipée, bon barbecue à gaz et climatisation dans la chambre à coucher. Il n'y a qu'un seul réfrigérateur, mais ce n'était pas un problème pour nous deux. La maison est très agréable et partiellement aménagée avec beaucoup d'amour du détail. Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis à l'aise. La propriétaire et la personne qui s'occupait de nous sur place étaient très aimables et prévenantes. A recommander !

Tout était parfait. 2 bémols cependant : Des nuisances sonores dues à des travaux dans la résidence. Le propriétaire nous a contacté pour éventuellement convenir d’un rendez-vous avec un électricien. Nous n’avons pas donné suite.

Super ausgestattetes Haus

Von der Crêpes platte über Waage und Mixer ist wirklich alles in der Wohnung vorhanden. Die Fenster sind alle mit Mückennetzen versehen, die aber zum lüften auch leicht eingerollt werden. In der ersten Woche war auf dem Campingplatz gegenüber Abenddisco. Das war sehr laut. Ansonsten haben wir die Ruhe sehr genossen.
