This villa is situated in a quiet and small residence " LES SABLES" (no pool) just 250m from the sea. This is a lovely villa with an airconditionned living room and an well eqquiped kitchen, shower room with toilet. Upstairs, an attic bedroom with double bed and a mezzanine with 2 single beds -There is nice terrace south exposition fenced and with hedges, garden table, chairs, stone bbq.. one parking place inside the residence.
Equipment: washing machine, dishwasher,vacuum cleaner, television, small fridge, coffee machine, toaster, water boiler,micro-wave, small oven, gas hob...CLEANING FEES INCLUDED - Airco in the kitchen/living room;

Beddings upstairs: 1 double bed and 2 single beds

Portiragnes Plage has much to offer as a holiday destination, the beach is totally unspoilt and has all the water sports available. During the season there are many activities organised for the children and entertainment most evenings in the square. This residence is close to all the shops and restaurants and is a good choice for a family holiday.
