This is a new renovated villa with Airco and 3 bedrooms (one with balcony) and bathroom with toilet upstairs and downstairs a living room with new fitted kitchen, shower room and toilet. Outside a terrace with porch-roof and hedges and one parking place in front of the garage (access). Equipments: washing machine, coffee machine, senseo, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, TV oven/micro-wave, sun loungers, garden table and chairs, ...WIFI-CLEANING FEES INCLUDED - NO ANIMALS
