This villa is situated in the residence "Les Sentolines" (no pool) only at 100m away from the beach. It is a pleasant House type T3 mezzanine. On the ground floor, a fitted kitchen with livingroom, a bedroom with doublebed, a shower room and separate WC. Upstairs, a mezzanine with trundle beds and a bedroom with a double bed 140/electric skylight. Pleasant Terrace on 2 sides, one entrance fenced and planted with trees facing East/South, and the other fully fenced rear terrace with garden furniture and BBQ, manual awning, west facing. Privat parking space in the residence. Pet NOT allowed
