"Accommodating check-in. He gave me the floor I asked for. Check-out is at 12 pm, but at 11 am, the housekeeper banged on my door nonstop loudly. When I answered, I told her check-out is at 12 pm. She shrugged her shoulders and walked off. I was sleeping. That was a rude, interrupting awakening. Otherwise, decent stay. Housekeepers need training on respecting their guests' stay and departure time."

"Room was clean and had everything we needed - one note though is that the shower was not the best - almost no water pressure and the shampoo and body wash in my room was basically empty. But other than that, great value for money. The breakfast was also good. Options were cereal, waffles, yogurt parfait (make your own), egg patties, sausage patties and biscuits, hard boiled eggs as well as pastries and bread with cheese. Coffee is really good too and they also offer apple and orange juice. The area is a little bit sketchy but for the price you really can’t complain! Beautiful lobby with a fireplace that makes for a lovely entrance."

"Lady was rude when I tried to check in at 140pm. She said that I would have to pay an extra $20 for the 1 hour and 20 minutes because check in was at 3pm. There were no cars in the parking lot so it was not as if they were busy. I have checked in there before, twice, around that time and was not required to pay extra. She had a bad attitude. However the male desk attedant that worked the next day is always very nice and accommodating. "
