"I was able to have a hot shower, when my daughter went to have a shower, the water was cold. The rubber foot mat that is provided for people to use in the shower was stuck against the wall where the clean hand towel was leaning against it. This absolutely repulsed me."

"Very very large "suite", all very clean, great opening windows for fresh air. Huge bathroom, tiled in character with the "antique"styled room and furniture. Only small niggles - kettle didn't work for tea and the large shower is one of those that floods the floor. Easy parking and pleasant staff. Would stay again."
