Great place to stay. We enjoyed the location being close to the waterfront, farmers market we all were Wowed with the staff. Super friendly and helpful. I signed up for the free member program. What makes or breaks a hotel stay is how well the bathroom is laid out, function and comfort in its use. I rate our bathroom an 8. I felt the toilet was a tad too low. Towel hanging areas were adequate yet we always need more. The shower pressure was weak. Our primary issue with the room was the air conditioner worked too well. We froze. Had to turn it totally off to survive. The bed was very cozy. We slept quite well. I enjoyed the desk area for my work. Plenty of space for my laptop. Great view.

Beyond pleased with our room that offered wonderful views of the airplanes and fighter jets flying overhead as well as the city Central Park outside our window and with the trains and the barge is moving up river it made for an enjoyable stay. The TV actually had HDMI capable hook up so we brought our DVD player and a bunch of movies to enjoy, independent films that are not available on Netflix. Staff was excellent and the property was clean and well maintained.
