The living area has a smart TV and WiFi for relaxing after a day out. The kitchen is stocked with full-size appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and utensils for cooking at home or reheating takeout from the food cart pod down the street.
Cooling is strongest in the bedroom, where the A/C unit is located. The living room does not have its own separate A/C unit and can run warmer during sunny or hot weather.
This is a lively Mississippi Ave location near bars, restaurants, and music venues. It is great for walkability and nightlife, but evening/weekend music and neighborhood sound can be audible, especially for light sleepers.

We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
