Clean, simple & walkable to all in-town Portland restaurants, venues & neighborhoods.
A 3rd floor walk up no frills apartment in a super convenient location, but think San Francisco in the 70's with transients on the streets at most times, but with a strong, caring police presence it is VERY SAFE.
This is a great choice for the budget minded short term stay within, despite all of it's challenges, a cool & vibrant community, but it IS NOT for the feint of heart seeking solitude!

It was perfect! The location was near everything downtown, which is what I was looking for.
