Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Checkout is at 11am. Please leave used linens, towels, and robes on the bed. Run the dishwasher (no knives, soap under sink). Lock up and return the key to the key-box.
As a courtesy, if you could let us know when you’ve departed the property, it would be appreciated.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My partner and I were originally concerned that staying in an ADU for a week would be a bit too tight, but this place was perfect. More than enough room for 2, a lovely design, clean and quiet. We will definitely be booking again the next time we are in Portland!
