Our first room was not cleaned (stains on sheets/ trash in recylcing still/no conditioner/body wash), however the staff was very helpful and got us into a new room very quick. Room did have a smoky smell. The patio for the dog was very helpful though. For the price and location it was not bad for two nights, especially if traveling with a dog but definitely could use better cleaning and maintenance. I will shout out the front desk staff though they were very nice and helpful

We liked that this was fairly close to the airport. We absolutely hated the mattress and the pillows. Both needed to be replaced in 1995. For the pice of the room for one night, we should have had butler and turn down service for the entire night. Unfortunate for the Wyndham Company, because I typically trust their brand of hotels—no matter the name. We will not be back to stay at this particular location.

Let me say first that the desk staff are very personable and professional. Unfortunately there's only so much they can do: tv was unusable due to programming deletion and I was unable to fix; while bathroom was clean, with a new tub and great hot water, the carpet was greasy and not vacuumed (broken glass chunks and little bits of trash). Due to a minimum of sheets I was given a room with one bed instead of 2, which was fine for me but maybe not a family. I think their problems are budgeting and management, likely an unwillingness to improve it what with a nightclub attached to the back of the property and a 'cabaret' across the street. While I appreciate a vintage 70s feel to the property, and I felt safe on a Sunday night, this hotel costs way too much when it's more in line with low end motel chains.
