This was the perfect bnb experience! A helpful host, safe neighborhood, and a very clean comfortably furnished guesthouse. We loved it and will hopefully return in the future! The amenities provided were all the items I hope to have available when traveling and Barbara was so lovely to work with!

We absolutely loved our time at Sage Guest House! Barbara was very welcoming to us and always communicative throughout our stay. The space is beautifully designed, well-appointed, and so cozy! We were also very impressed with how serene the neighborhood is and we found ourselves taking walks to the nearby cafes and community rose gardens each day. We really hope to be back in the future!

Excellent!

This was an excellent stay. The host is wonderful. Communicative and responsive. The flat itself was very comfortable and convenient. Great location within walking distance of pubs, restaurants and shopping, and quick driving distance to most of the city. The host has thought of everything to make for a comfortable stay - the bed and sofa are comfortable, the side outdoor area sweet and pretty, the kitchen well stocked (tho admittedly we didn't do any cooking), super handy to have the dedicated parking space just outside the door. Highly recommend this lovely flat. Will stay here again.
